Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for nursing staff (current joiners and existing employees)
- Conduct orientation sessions for newly recruited nurses
- Evaluate training needs and prepare structured learning modules
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and quality standards
- Organize workshops, seminars, and continuous education programs
- Monitor and assess staff performance and competency levels
- Maintain training records and documentation
- Coordinate with department heads to identify skill gaps
- Stay updated with the latest nursing practices and healthcare guidelines
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
