Job Overview:
Imperial Academy Coaching is seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher to teach Science and Mathematics up to Class 8 (CBSE curriculum) in an English-medium environment. The role also involves preparing students for competitive exams, particularly the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) Entrance Exam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Science and Mathematics to students from Class 5 to Class 8 as per CBSE guidelines
- Deliver lessons in clear and effective English:
- Prepare students for Navodaya Entrance Exam (focus on reasoning, mental ability, and problem-solving)
- Create and implement lesson plans, assignments, and tests:
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning setting in the classroom
- Identify weak students and provide extra support or doubt-clearing sessions:
- Conduct periodic mock tests for Navodaya preparation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc / B.Ed preferred)
- Strong command over Science and Mathematics concepts (up to Class 8):
- Good English communication skills:
- Prior teaching experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with Navodaya or similar competitive exams is an advantage

Salary:
