Job Title: Lead Backend Engineer (Rust/C++)
- Experience: 10+ Years
- Job Description:
- Review code to ensure quality, maintainability, security, and best practices:
- Guide team members in technical problem-solving and architectural decisions:
- Collaborate with product owners to clarify requirements and align deliverables:
- Design and develop scalable microservices for backend platforms
- Lead and mentor the engineering team, providing feedback and growth support
- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and drive continuous improvement
- Required Skills:
- Solid experience in C++ (modern) and/or Rust, preferably in embedded systems




- Experience across the full embedded development lifecycle (design to testing) on Linux/RTOS
- Knowledge of embedded communication protocols (CAN):
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab) for automated testing and deployment
- Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments and handle ambiguity
- Strong problem-solving and hands-on development approach
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on Qualcomm SoCs and toolchains:
- Exposure to microservices architecture and backend systems:
- Strong collaboration and team leadership experience
