Responsibilities
- Install and service products at customer locations
- Identify and resolve technical issues
- Communicate with customers to understand service needs
- Provide basic guidance on product usage and maintenance
- Maintain records of service visits and work completed
- Coordinate with internal teams for parts and support
- Ensure service tasks are completed on time

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in service or a similar role
- Basic knowledge of RO systems or related equipment preferred
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills
