Roles and Responsibility
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and explain the company's products or services.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update call records regularly.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns professionally.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, pricing, and offers.

Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Tamil
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Persuasive and confident in pitching products or services.
- Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain a skilled attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
