Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Location: Tirupati, AP

Key Responsibilities:
Actively visit colleges, universities, and institutions to promote company services (Projects, Internships, Workshops & Courses).

Build and maintain strong RAPO with Relationship Managers, faculty, HODs, and placement cells.

Identify potential business opportunities and ensure consistent lead generation.

Collaborate with internal teams to design, promote, and execute academic programs.

Ensure smooth coordination with the Business Development team for closures.

Plan and execute marketing strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops at colleges to create brand awareness.

Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Provide timely reports on field activities,



leads, and conversions to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in field marketing, educational sales, or B2B marketing.

Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to maintain professional relationships and build long-term collaborations.

Target-oriented with proven track record of achieving business goals.

Flexibility to travel extensively for fieldwork.
