Role: Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and procurement schedules, ensuring all project objectives are met efficiently.
- Collaborate with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment on design specifications and seamless coordination for timely execution and delivery.
- Supervise fit-out works to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Monitor site progress to identify risks or delays, implement corrective actions to maintain momentum, and ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations through regular audits and prompt hazard resolution.




- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking costs and providing regular financial updates to key stakeholders, ensuring project stays within financial parameters.
- Oversee procurement activities, including obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, and securing necessary materials and resources on time and within budget.
- Monitor and control project expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, managing change orders, and ensuring financial efficiency.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including project engineers, site supervisors, and contractors, fostering a collaborative workplace focused on achieving project goals.
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to all team members, ensuring clear communication, efficient problem-solving, and alignment with project objectives.
