Academic & Program Counselor — German Drishty

Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad | Full-Time | Mon-Sat, 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM

About the Role

What You'll Do
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and online leads daily
- Counsel students one-on-one and recommend the right program — language course, Ausbildung, Study in Germany, or Nursing placement
- Explain visa steps, eligibility, language requirements, and documentation in simple terms
- Follow up on leads and maintain enrollment pipeline in CRM
- Coordinate with faculty on student batch allocation and progress
- Meet monthly enrollment targets

What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years experience in counseling, education sales, or student admissions
- Languages: Telugu and English mandatory. Hindi is an added advantage.




- Knowledge of Germany study/work pathways is a plus — not mandatory, we will train
- Comfortable handling 20-30 inquiries per day
- Strong in-person communication — this is a walk-in heavy center
- Basic German (A2 or above) preferred, not required
- Honest with students — we don't hard-sell

Compensation & Growth
- Fixed salary + monthly incentives based on enrollments

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
