About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and strong-follow-up qualified who will work directly with the CEO to ensure smooth coordination across departments and managers.

This role is not about managing junior staff. This role requires managing managers and department heads, ensuring accountability, follow-ups, deadlines, and completion of tasks across the company.

You will act as an extension of the CEO office and ensure all assigned work is completed, followed up, escalated where needed, and reported in an organized manner.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Coordination with Department Heads
Coordinate, follow up and monitor performance/work completion with:
- Accounts Manager
- Factory/Production Teams
- Software & IT Team
- Google Ads & Social Media Team
- Studio Managers
- Stock & Inventory Teams

2. Task Tracking & Accountability
- Ensure tasks assigned to managers are completed on time
- Follow up repeatedly where necessary




- Push for updates and accountability
- Identify delays, bottlenecks and recurring issues
- Escalate unresolved matters to CEO with solutions/recommendations

3. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare concise daily/weekly updates for CEO
- Highlight pending work, issues, and priorities
- Ensure proper system updates and tracking

4. Operations Oversight
- Monitor stock reconciliation and inventory issues
- Coordinate inter-department communication
- Ensure process discipline and execution
- Strong personality with excellent follow-up skills
- Comfortable handling senior managers and department heads
- Extremely organized and process-driven
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to push work to completion without constant supervision
