We are looking for a highly practical and implementation-driven Operational Excellence Leader to drive factory transformation initiatives across manufacturing, warehouse, quality, planning, and support functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead factory-wide operational excellence initiatives.
- Implement and sustain 5S systems across departments.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and waste reduction projects.
- Improve material flow, men movement, and operational efficiency.
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, and visual systems.
- Implement KPI dashboards and daily review systems.
- Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement culture.
- Support transition and readiness for future GMP newfactory.
- Improve productivity, reduce rejection, and optimize changeovers.




- Coordinate cross-functional transformation activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong shop-floor implementation capability
- Practical Lean Manufacturing knowledge
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills
- Robust understanding of GMP operations
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Hands-on execution capability
- Experience in SAP/ERP-driven environment
