Mumbai Based Cadidate

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD.

Assist in design development and detailing for residential projects.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for integrated drawings.

Review and update drawings as per site requirements and design changes.

Ensure drawings comply with local regulations and approval requirements.

Support preparation of presentation drawings and documentation.

Maintain organized drawing records and revisions for projects.

Collaborate with the site and project management teams for smooth execution.

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Drafting.

2-6 years of experience in architectural drafting or residential real estate projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).

Knowledge of building regulations and approvals in Mumbai is preferred.

Basic understanding of 3D software / SketchUp / Revit is an advantage.

Solid attention to detail and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
