We are looking for an experienced and energetic Area Manager Sales from the beauty, salon, spa, or wellness industry to manage sales operations, revenue growth, and salon performance across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales targets and business growth for salon & spa branches
- Manage daily operations and coordinate with salon managers
- Increase membership, retail, and service sales
- Monitor staff performance, client experience, and customer retention
- Plan local marketing and promotional activities
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue goals
- Train and motivate teams on upselling and customer service
- Handle inventory, vendor coordination, and operational standards




- Prepare sales reports and business performance analysis
- Minimum 4-8 years of experience in salon, spa, wellness, or beauty industry
- Prior experience as Area Manager / Cluster Manager / Sales Manager preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client handling ability
- Good knowledge of salon operations and beauty services
- Ability to manage multiple branches
