Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Physics for Grades XI & XII (CBSE + NEET level)
- Train students in NEET exam pattern, MCQs, and time management
- Prepare study materials, assignments, and mock tests
- Conduct regular assessments and analyze student performance
- Provide personalized mentoring and doubt-clearing sessions
- Align CBSE syllabus with NEET preparation strategy
- Maintain academic records and progress tracking
- Participate in academic planning and faculty meetings

Qualifications:
- M.Sc. Physics/ M. Phil Physics/ Doctrate
- B.Ed. (mandatory for CBSE schools)
- Strong academic background (NEET coaching experience preferred)

Experience:
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in NEET coaching
- Experience teaching Grades XI & XII in CBSE schools preferred
- Proven track record of student results in NEET





Skills Required:
- Strong command over Physics concepts (Class XI & XII + NEET level)
- Expertise in NEET syllabus, pattern, and previous year questions
- Excellent teaching and communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex numerical problems
- Robust mentoring and student-handling skills
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools
