- Site Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations, including supervising staff and monitoring progress.
- Technical Implementation: Setting out sites, ensuring layouts match drawings, and preparing technical reports.
- Quality Assurance: Inspecting work to ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and quality specifications.
- Material Coordination: Ordering materials and ensuring they are stored and used efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Addressing technical issues and unforeseen challenges on-site.
- Safety Compliance: Enforcing health and safety regulations, such as ensuring proper use of PPE.
- Physical Stamina: Capability to work on-site in varying weather conditions.
