Role Overview

You will play a key role in evolving a modern platform that delivers capabilities such as Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), secure web gateway, and VPN-as-a-Service, replacing legacy security architectures with scalable, cloud-delivered solutions.

What You'll Do
- Design and build scalable systems and APIs:
- Lead development of subsystems and core features:
- Drive technical decisions and design reviews:
- Improve performance, reliability, and security:
- Mentor engineers and guide best practices

What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of system/software development experience
- Expertise in Go, Rust, C or C++ and concurrency.:
- Strong experience in distributed systems and system design.:
- Deep knowledge of databases and scaling.:
- Solid understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals:
- Experience with cloud and microservices architectures.:
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS):
- Working experience or strong understanding of secure access and security systems (e.g., authentication, authorization, policy enforcement,



Zero Trust / ZTNA / SSE):
- Ability to design systems with security, scalability, and reliability considerations.:
- Ability to guide teams and improve engineering quality.
- Strong use of AI tools with engineering judgment.
