A Retail Sales Assistant is the face of a store. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers, determine their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations and information.
- Store Upkeep: Ensure the sales floor, displays, and fitting rooms remain tidy, organized, and visually appealing.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, answer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Focus: A friendly, approachable, and qualified demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: The ability to stand for extended periods and routinely lift and move merchandise.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
