Purpose Of The Position

A Purchase Executive in the furniture manufacturing industry plays a crucial role in the procurement and supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Sourcing Suppliers:



Researching and identifying potential suppliers for raw materials, components, and furniture accessories.

Price Negotiation: Negotiating prices, terms, and agreements with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals while maintaining quality standards.

Order Processing: Creating purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in product specifications, quantities, and delivery dates.

Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations, optimizing warehouse space.

Quality Assurance: Collaborating with quality control teams to ensure purchased materials meet quality standards and specifications.

Documentation: Maintaining records of purchases, agreements, invoices, and supplier information for reference and auditing purposes.

Vendor Relationship Management: Building and nurturing relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues o
