Job Description: Senior Manager - Commercial & Accounts

Position Overview

The Senior Manager - Commercial & Accounts will oversee the financial and commercial operations of the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage teams, drive financial performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Commercial Strategy:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to enhance revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the accounts and commercial teams.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages professional development.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Present financial and strategic insights to senior management.
- Compliance and Risk Management:




- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with commercial activities.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or qualified certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial and financial management roles.
- Proven track record in leading teams and driving business results.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions
- Full-time position with occasional travel required.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
