Operations Manager - Commercial Lines
- Oversee policy processing and ensure accurate documentation for commercial insurance policies.
- Coordinate effectively with partners, brokers, and insurers to maintain smooth business operations.
- Manage end-to-end operations for the commercial insurance business, including renewals and policy issuance.
- Ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and timely service delivery across all processes.
- Build and maintain solid stakeholder relationships to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
