Key Responsibility Areas
- Document & Parcel Handling:
- Collection and delivery of documents, parcels, samples, and materials.
- Safe handling of confidential papers and company items.
- Timely submission of bills, cheques, and official documents.
- On-site Operational Support:
- Assisting office/site teams with daily operational tasks.
- Coordinating movement of materials between departments or sites.
- Supporting staff during meetings, events, and installations.
- Off-site Coordination:
- Visiting vendors, clients, banks, government offices, and courier offices as required.
- Following up on pending approvals, submissions, or collections.
- Managing urgent outdoor assignments efficiently.
- Transportation & Logistics:
- Using personal motorcycle for official errands and deliveries.
- Ensuring timely pick-up and drop of materials.
- Maintaining fuel and vehicle condition for smooth daily operations.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintaining logs of deliveries, collections, and site visits.
- Collecting acknowledgements and receipts where required.




- Updating reporting manager regarding task completion status.
- Time Management:
- Prioritising urgent assignments and adhering to timelines.
- Planning travel routes efficiently to save time and cost.
- Professional Conduct:
- Maintaining polite and skilled behaviour with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Representing the company responsibly during external visits.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Following traffic rules and safety protocols.
- Carrying valid driving licence, RC, insurance, and pollution certificate at all times.

Mandatory Requirements
- Motorcycle ownership is compulsory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Basic knowledge of local routes and locations.
- Physically active and comfortable with outdoor work.
- Punctual, reliable, and responsible.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
