Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and communication disorders.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on students’ needs.
- Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special educators to support student development.
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and therapy documentation.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly.
- Recommend strategies and activities to improve communication skills in classroom and home settings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Therapy / Speech-Language Pathology.
- Relevant certification or license preferred.
- Experience working with children, especially in school settings, is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and passion for helping children.
