A Guest Relation Executive is responsible for creating a positive customer experience, handling guest queries, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend guests/customers professionally.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback politely.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and repeat business.
- Coordinate with staff for smooth customer service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and hospitality standards.
- Assist in billing, appointments, and follow-ups if required.
- Maintain grooming and qualified communication.

Skills Required:

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Sales and hospitality understanding.

Preferred Experience
- Restaurant hospitality / front desk experience.

- Experience in guest relations or customer service roles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
