Junior Business Analyst Intern

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in researching and identifying potential business leads through online platforms and market research
- Support lead qualification and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for business development activities
- Help prepare business proposals, presentations, reports, and documentation
- Gather and document client requirements and business needs
- Support project coordination by tracking timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams
- Prepare regular project status updates and follow-up reports
- Assist in issue tracking and ensure timely project execution
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategic decisions
- Maintain organized project and business documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, Commerce, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills




- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace tools
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Eagerness to learn CRM platforms and project management tools
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude

Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of business processes and project coordination
- Familiarity with tools like Trello, Jira, Asana, or HubSpot is a plus
- Internship or academic project experience in business analysis or sales support is an advantage
