Foundation works: PCC/RCC pedestals, chemical/mechanical anchoring, ground-mount pile/footings as per structural drawing.
- Mounting structure fabrication/erection: galvanised MMS, purlins, rafters, tilt as per design; torque-controlled bolting.
- Waterproofing and roof-penetration sealing for rooftop projects; cable trench and pit civil works.
- Inverter/transformer foundation, equipment plinths, and earthing pit civil works.
- DC side: string wiring, MC4 crimping/coupling, string combiner/DCDB, SPD, DC cabling with correct polarity and labelling.
- AC side: inverter installation and commissioning support, ACDB/LT panel, AC cabling, bus-bar interconnection.
- Earthing & lightning protection: equipment earthing, array earthing, LA mast, equipotential bonding — earth resistance to spec.
- Metering provisions: solar generation meter, net/gross meter wiring readiness as per DISCOM requirement.
