Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads(Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Remarketing).
- Manage and optimize campaigns with monthly budgets of ₹10 lakh or more to achieve maximum ROI and brand visibility.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and marketing goals.
- Analyze campaign data, track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.), and prepare detailed performance reports.




- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to conceptualize and deliver engaging ad creatives, copy, and visuals.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to drive performance improvements.
- Ensure consistency of messaging and brand tone across all digital campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and budget allocation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in paid advertising on Meta and Google platforms.
- Prior experience in the beauty, clean beauty, personal care, or D2C e-commerce industry is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and scale campaigns with ₹10 lakh+ monthly budgets.
