We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) - Fresher to join our clinical research team at Innovative Pro-Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd. This is an excellent chance for life science graduates who want to start their career in clinical trials and clinical research operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring clinical trials as per study protocol, SOPs, and GCP guidelines
- Support site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out activities
- Ensure accurate and timely data collection and documentation
- Verify source documents and Case Report Forms (CRFs)
- Coordinate with investigators, site staff, and internal teams
- Report protocol deviations, adverse events, and safety issues
- Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) and study-related documents
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards

Eligibility / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Research, Biotechnology, Nursing, or related field

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
