About the Role

We are looking for a creative, driven, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing our clients’ social media presence across platforms, crafting compelling content, and driving meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube, etc.)
- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client’s brand voice and goals:
- Conduct on-site visits for high-effort clients to capture original content (photos, videos, reels, etc.)
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular reports:
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices:




- Collaborate with the internal team on campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with professionalism and consistency

Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management or a related field
- Solid understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus)
- Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple clients independently
- A portfolio or examples of previous social media work is highly preferred
- Willingness to travel to client locations for content creation visits when required

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
