Responsibilities - Car Rental Process
- Handling customer inquiries related to car rental bookings
- Assisting clients with domestic and international car rental services
- Explaining rental packages, pricing, policies, and vehicle options
- Managing reservations, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations
- Coordinating with vendors/drivers for smooth operations
- Providing excellent customer support throughout the booking process
- Maintaining customer records and booking details accurately
- Resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Achieving sales and service targets as per process requirements
- Following company policies and maintaining skilled communication
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
