Head - Operations (Sports Facility)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all sports activities and events, including intra-school competitions, tournaments, and fitness programs.
- Coordinate with coaches, instructors, and other staff members to ensure the smooth execution of all sports programs.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving athletic performance and participation.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of sports facilities, ensuring safety and functionality.
- Manage sports equipment inventory and order recent supplies as needed.
- Encourage student participation in sports and promote the benefits of physical activity and fitness.
- Ensure that all sports events comply with relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to students involved in sports activities.
- Organize training sessions for students, athletes, and teams.




- Maintain records and reports related to sports activities, including performance data and event results.
- Collaborate with other departments to incorporate sports into the overall educational experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sports management, coaching, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of various sports and fitness programs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
