Salary:
CTC: ₹1,80,000 - ₹2,40,000 per month (based on experience)

Performance Incentives:₹1,000 - ₹2,000

Sales Incentives: 0.25% of Order Value

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our marketing and sales team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely follow-ups to convert leads into orders.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads from marketing campaigns and inquiries
- Communicate with customers to understand requirements
- Prepare and send quotations in coordination with the technical team
- Follow up with customers for order confirmation
- Maintain records of leads, quotations, and orders
- Coordinate with design, production, and accounts teams
- Support sales team in closing deals
- Prepare basic sales reports and updates

Requirements:




- Diploma / BE / MBA / (Mechanical or related field preferred)
- 0-3 years of experience in sales coordination / inside sales
- Good communication skills (English )
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to understand technical products (machines/equipment)
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills

Additional Language Skills: Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kadakola, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
