About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Academic Coordinator to manage and streamline day-to-day academic activities on our enCODE platform. This role is critical in ensuring seamless course delivery, learner engagement, and overall academic excellence within our digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily academic operations on the enCODE platform.
- Ensure smooth execution of course delivery, assessments, and certification processes.
- Coordinate with mentors, instructors, and internal teams to continuously enhance course content and learning experience.
- Monitor and analyze student progress, engagement, and performance metrics.
- Identify and resolve academic or platform-related issues in a timely manner.
- Support the onboarding and training of new mentors/instructors.




- Contribute to improving the overall platform experience and learning journey for students.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in academic operations, ed-tech, or program management. (Freshers May also apply)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of LMS/platform-based learning systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
