Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Service Coordinator to manage service operations, ensure timely call closures, coordinate with ASPs, and handle spare dispatch and service reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure installation and repair calls are closed within TAT
- Track and reduce pending & cancellation calls
- Coordinate spare dispatch and RMA collections
- Provide technical support to ASPs
- Ensure invoice collection very month
- Support factory claims process
- Conduct monthly inventory audit
- Collect and report service team feedback

Requirements:
- Graduate with 2+ years experience in service coordination / after-sales
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Good communication skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
