Job Description

Role Summary:
An Associate - Vendor Onboarding is responsible for managing the relationship between the company and its vendors. They ensure that vendors deliver quality products on time,



while also ensuring that the company gets the best value possible. Key Skills Vendor Management process, sourcing execution and process improvement. Analytical assessment, Liaison & Coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management & Documentation:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard recent vendors in alignment with company standards.
- Maintain and update vendor contracts, agreements, and compliance records.
- Ensure all required documentation (e.g., GST, PAN, and bank details) is accurately recorded.

Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, addressing concerns promptly.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with key vendors.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth vendor interactions.

Performance Monitoring:
- Track and assess vendor performance against service-level agreements (SLAs).
