Bar Council Enrollment: Preferred

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities1️ Legal Documentation & Drafting
- Draft and review Sale Deeds, Agreements to Sell, Lease Agreements, Development Agreements, MoUs.
- Prepare legal notices, affidavits, indemnity bonds, and contracts.
- Maintain and organize legal records.

2️ Title Verification & Due Diligence
- Conduct property title searches and land verification.
- Review revenue records and approval documents.
- Identify legal risks in property transactions.

3️ Court & Litigation Support
- Assist senior advocate in court matters.
- Coordinate with external legal consultants.
- Attend court hearings and authority meetings.

4️ Government Liaisoning & Compliance
- Visit Sub-Registrar, Revenue Offices, Municipal Corporation, RERA Office.
- Ensure compliance with land laws, RERA regulations, and statutory requirements.




- Follow up for approvals and clearances.

5️ Legal Advisory Support
- Support sales and project teams.
- Explain legal clauses to clients.
- Monitor updates in property laws.

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of property & land revenue laws
- Understanding of RERA regulations
- Excellent drafting and research skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong documentation ability

Working Details
- Monday to Saturday (All Saturdays Working)
- Timing 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Occasional visits to Government Departments in Daman
- Flexible hours for urgent legal matters

Important Terms
- 6 Months Probation:
- 5-Year Service Commitment Required:
- 10% Monthly Loyalty Retention Deposit (Refundable as per policy):
- No PF or statutory benefits:
- Salary paid on 15th of following month:
- Notice Period: 1 month (Junior Level)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
