Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about company products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM or calling sheets.
- Resolve customer queries and objections with clarity and confidence.
- Coordinate with sales and internal teams for closures and escalations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
