nWe are looking for a performance-driven Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google.
nYou will work with multiple brands across different industries and be responsible for generating leads, improving campaign performance, and making better decisions using data.

nRoles & Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute Meta Ads and Google Ads campaignsn
- Manage lead generation, awareness, traffic, and conversion campaignsn
- Conduct audience, keyword, and competitor researchn
- Set up targeting, retargeting, and remarketing campaignsn
- Monitor budgets, CPL, CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROASn
- Regularly test creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign strategiesn




- Coordinate with Brand Managers and creative teams for ad requirementsn
- Track leads and campaign performancen
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reportsn
- Identify underperforming campaigns and optimize themn
- Stay updated with Meta and Google advertising changesn

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Adsn
- Good understanding of performance marketing and lead generationn
- Solid analytical and reporting skillsn
- Ability to handle multiple client accountsn
- Agency experience is preferredn
