About The Role:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics to understand user needs and pain points.
- Translate business requirements and user insights into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock ups to communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user experience strategies and design solutions.
- Ensure consistency in design systems, style guides, and component libraries across platforms.
- Test and iterate designs based on feedback, user behaviour, and data insights.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Information Technology, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Certification or coursework in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or Graphic Design is a plus.




- Internship or project experience in UX/UI design preferred (academic projects also acceptable).

Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and User
- Centred Design (UCD).
- Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, InVision).
- Familiarity with UI design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and user journey mapping.
- Robust visual design sense - typography, colour, theory, layout, and consistency.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
