Assist the Principal in planning, implementing, and evaluating instructional programs
- Support and supervise teaching and non-teaching staff; participate in staff development and performance evaluation
- Maintain student discipline and promote positive behavior and school culture
- Support curriculum implementation and instructional improvement initiatives
- Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and well-being
- Assist with school operations, scheduling, and daily administrative tasks
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and the wider school community
- Ensure compliance with education policies, regulations, and safety procedures
Pay: ₹18,600.36 - ₹74,343.34 per month
