Key Responsibilities
1. Make daily outbound calls to customers
2. Follow up with Store Coordinators and Sales Personnel for lead updates and closures
3. Coordinate with the Site Visit Team
4. Maintain and update lead status in Excel sheets and CRM
5. Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate data tracking
Skill Requirements
- 1. Valuable communication and follow-up skills
2. Comfortable working with Excel and CRM systems
3. Laptop-savvy with basic computer proficiency
4. Prior experience in telecalling or sales support preferred (Minimum 3 months of telecalling experience required)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
