Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Voice & Accent training for US processes
- Train agents on American pronunciation, intonation, and clarity
- Conduct soft skills and customer handling sessions
- Support New Hire Training (NHT) and refresher batches
- Monitor calls and provide feedback and coaching
- Coordinate with Quality and Operations teams
- Track training performance and reports
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English with neutral/American accent
- 1-5 years experience as International Voice Trainer (US process preferred)
- BPO / Contact Center background mandatory
- Strong presentation and coaching skills
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
