Key Responsibilities
Psychological assessment & screening
Identify emotional, behavioral, learning, and adjustment difficulties in children.
Behavior management & intervention plans
Design individualized behavior strategies for children with ADHD, Autism, anxiety, aggression, or emotional dysregulation.
Emotional regulation & coping skills training
Help children manage emotions, stress, fear, frustration, and low self-esteem.
Parent counselling & guidance
Educate parents on behavior handling, positive parenting, routines, screen management, and home strategies.
Child counselling sessions
Conduct play-based, CBT-based, or expressive therapies depending on the child’s age and needs.
School coordination
Provide guidance to schools regarding classroom behavior, accommodations, and emotional support strategies.




Team collaboration
Work closely with Speech Therapists, OTs, Special Educators, and Pediatricians for holistic intervention.
Progress monitoring & reporting
Maintain case notes, progress reports, and therapy outcome documentation.
