Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and interact with children in a safe and caring manner
- Assist with age-appropriate activities, games, crafts, and learning experiences
- Ensure all safety rules and procedures are followed at all times
- Help with check-in/check-out procedures and maintain accurate attendance
- Support lead teachers, coordinators, or supervisors as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming kids area
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
- Manage minor conflicts between children using positive guidance techniques
- Report incidents, concerns, or safety issues promptly
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
