Telecaller - PCD Pharma & 3rd Party Manufacturing (Female)

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to distributors, stockists, and pharma companies
- Promote PCD Pharma franchise and 3rd party manufacturing services:
- Explain product range, monopoly rights, pricing, and company advantages
- Maintain call records, customer details, and follow-up status
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for order closure
- Build long-term relationships with clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in PCD Pharma / Third Party Manufacturing telecalling:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English required)
- Confident, polite, and persuasive calling skills
- Basic knowledge of pharma products & formulations
- Ability to handle objections and close leads
- MS Excel & basic computer knowledge
