About the Role
We are looking for an Industrial Sales Executive with strong field-sales capabilities to manage existing accounts and develop new industrial customers in the Ludhiana region.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop and manage sales of industrial materials / equipment to:
- Manufacturing units
- Factories, workshops, and MSMEs
- OEMs and industrial contractors
- Identify current business opportunities through market visits and referrals:
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase managers, factory owners, and decision-makers:
- Understand client operational needs and recommend suitable products
- Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
Order Execution & Coordination
- Prepare quotations and close orders
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounts for dispatch and billing
- Follow up on payments and outstanding dues
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Track competitor pricing and product availability in the Ludhiana industrial market
- Share market feedback and demand trends with management
- Submit daily visit reports and weekly sales updates
- Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
