Key Responsibilities
- Perform sampling of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process, and finished products as per approved SOPs.
- Carry out routine and non-routine analysis using approved analytical methods.
- Ensure timely testing and release of materials and finished goods.
- Prepare, review, and maintain QMS documentation related to QC activities.
- Complete and review analytical worksheets, logbooks, and test records accurately.
- Maintain and follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and GMP requirements.
- Handle and document OOS, OOT, deviations, and CAPA related to QC.
- Support method validation, verification, and transfer activities (as applicable).
- Assist in instrument calibration, qualification, and maintenance.
- Participate in internal audits, regulatory inspections, and customer audits.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and control of samples and reagents.
- Coordinate with QA and Production teams for quality-related matters.

Skills & Competencies Required




- Solid knowledge of QC sampling and analytical testing:
- Good understanding of QMS, GMP, and GLP requirements:
- Experience in documentation control and data integrity:
- Hands-on exposure to analytical instruments (as applicable)
- Knowledge of OOS, deviations, and CAPA handling:
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Experience in pharmaceutical / nutraceutical / cosmetic manufacturing
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (WHO-GMP, Schedule M, ICH)
- Exposure to stability studies and trend analysis
- Experience in handling audits and inspections

Location : Kohara, Ludhiana.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
