Job Summary

The Civil Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating civil construction activities at the project site. The role ensures that work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams
- Monitor work progress and report daily/weekly status to the Site Engineer/Project Manager
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, quality standards, and company policies
- Check materials, workmanship, and site execution quality
- Assist in site measurements, quantity tracking, and material requirements
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and conflicts




- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at site
- Support inspections and handover activities

Qualifications
- Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in civil construction projects (residential/commercial/industrial)
- Strong understanding of civil works such as RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and concreting

Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Solid leadership and team coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of safety practices
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Problem-solving ability at site

Location - Patiala, Punjab

Pay: ₹25,086.00 - ₹30,355.64 per month
