The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for managing dispatch operations of agricultural implements and spare parts, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, proper packaging, timely shipment, and compliance with documentation and safety standards.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of dispatch processes and logistics coordination.
- Understanding of GST documentation and e-way bill procedures.
- Basic computer skills (ERP, MS Excel, billing software).
- Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage labor and handle pressure situations.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / Diploma preferred
- 3-6 years of experience in dispatch or logistics, preferably in manufacturing or heavy engineering.
- Supervisory experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
