The Assembler / Production Worker is responsible for assembling vehicle components, sub-assemblies, and parts according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). The role involves maintaining production quality, safety, and efficiency to ensure timely completion of daily targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and parts as per instructions and production schedules.
- Follow standard assembly processes and quality guidelines.
- Inspect parts visually and functionally to ensure quality compliance.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support in the installation of wiring, motors, batteries, and panels (for EV assembly).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation (5S standards).




- Identify defective materials or parts and report to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist in testing, packing, and dispatching of finished products.
- Follow safety rules, wear PPE, and report any unsafe conditions.
- Work in coordination with team members to meet production targets.
- Full time, factory-based position.
- May require shift work (morning/evening).
- Adherence to all safety and quality regulations is mandatory.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
