Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate and complete information about insurance products and services
- Assist with basic lead generation and customer follow-ups
- Maintain Customer Records
- Promote Customer Retention
- Achieve Performance Metrics
- Adhere to Compliance and Company Policies

Skills Required:
- Positive verbal communication in English, Telugu, and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
