Machine Operation: Maneuver backhoe loaders for digging trenches, foundations, loading materials, grading, and leveling.
- Maintenance & Safety: Perform daily pre-start checks (tires, hydraulics, brakes, fluids) and basic maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Site Coordination: Work alongside construction teams, interpreting, and responding to site-specific instructions and blueprints.
- Safety Adherence: Follow all safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies to prevent accidents and damage.
- Documentation: Maintain logs of work completed, machine usage, and reported mechanical issues.

Job Requirements
- License/Certification: A valid license for operating JCB or heavy equipment.
- Experience: Proven experience in operating backhoe loaders or similar earthmoving equipment.
- Skills:



Strong technical knowledge of machine capabilities, ability to interpret blueprints, and proficiency in manual/electronic controls.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to work long hours, often in wide-ranging weather conditions.

Common Qualifications
- Relevant training certification from recognized institutes (e.g., JCB training center).
- Knowledge of basic repair and troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
